Primary Teacher – Pre-K to Year 6 (to commence in 2026) – Permanent

The College Headmaster is inviting applications from exceptional Primary Teachers who are active Christians for the position of Primary Teacher. The role is suitable for both experienced and graduating teachers. The role will commence in 2026.

The successful applicants will be registered with the New South Wales Educational Standards (NESA) and be accredited as Conditional, Provisional, Proficient or an Experienced Teacher. The teacher will be responsible to the Headmaster through the Deputy Headmaster and the Head of Primary Years, Pre-K to Yr6 and will work alongside a highly competent, experienced and enthusiastic staff. They will be expected to teach Pre-K to Yr6 courses with an understanding of the NESA Pre-K to Yr6 Curriculum.  An ability and willingness to use a variety of teaching and learning techniques and to extend and provide for students according to their individual gifts and ambitions are essential.

Wollondilly is a co-educational Christian College operated by the Anglican Schools Corporation. It is a Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 co-educational College located in pleasant rural surroundings at Tahmoor, about 60 minutes from Sydney’s CBD.   • Hold a minimum four year Primary Teaching qualification. Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Be committed to Explicit Instruction in effective student learning
  • Understand the role of assessment in promoting student progress.
  • Undertake other roles as determined by the Headmaster
