Sydney Grammar School is an independent non-denominational day School for boys. The secondary School (7-12) is located on College Street in the city of Sydney and the two preparatory Schools are located at Edgecliff (K-Year 6) and St Ives (Preschool-Year 6).

About the Role
Sydney Grammar School is currently seeking a number of qualified and motivated Design and Technology Teachers for temporary positions in Design and Technology to cover various leave. The roles available are as below:
- Design and Technology Teacher Term III and IV (LSL Cover)
- Design and Technology Teacher Term IV only (LSL Cover)
- Design and Technology Teacher 12-month Maternity leave cover commencing in Term III.
The successful candidates will be organised, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills. They must also demonstrate strong capability in teaching Stage 4 and 5 Mandatory Technology and Design and Technology. Experience in Stage 6 Design and Technology would be an advantage. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technology teaching staff members at College Street are dedicated to pursuing the highest aspirations for pupils. The successful candidates will join a diverse and supportive team that includes accomplished and experienced educators who specialise in the fields of hard materials workshop tasks, hand drawn and CAD graphics in 2D and 3D (Windows), CAM equipment e.g., laser and CNC router.
Commencement Date: Will vary based on the position. See below:
- Design and Technology Teacher Term III and IV commencing 21 July 2025
- Design and Technology Teacher Term IV only commencing 13 October 2025
- Design and Technology Teacher 12-month Maternity leave cover commencing 21 July 2025.
