About the Role
St Luke’s Grammar School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and professional Dean of Students to pastorally support and nurture students and liaise with the parent community and teachers

The teacher will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a collaborative team. The successful applicant will be willing to contribute to the co-curricular life of the School (a Saturday commitment is not required) and preferably be a Christian actively involved in their church.

Position: Dean of Students

Location: Dee Why Campus

Load: Leadership 2.5 and 0.4 teaching load

Level: This role is permanent

Commencement: Term 1, 2026 or by negotiation

Reporting to: Head of Senior School
