Position & Purpose
Snowy Mountains Grammar School is looking to appoint Boarding House Supervisors.
A boarding supervisor is a member of a team appointed to act in a pastoral and supervisory role of students in a residential situation. The team is a group with a high degree of interdependence geared towards the achievement of the goal of caring for those in their charge. The quality of care will be enhanced when supervisors have a high degree of confidence and trust in each other; are highly motivated to abide by the values of the School; and, at all times, will do what he or she reasonably can to help create an atmosphere of acceptance, understanding and respect.
Role: Boarding House Supervisor
Term: Casual and/or Full-time available

Reports to: Head Boarding and Operations

Qualifications, Experience and Essentials
- Have and meet the ongoing requirements of a WWCC, NSW
- Adhering to the Child Protection Policy and School Code of Conduct along with Employment Contract
- Current first aid certificate
- Current drivers licence and light rigid (LR) Licence or willingness to obtain
- The full-time position requires the candidate to work 43 hours per week including three (3) sleepover shifts
Desirable
- Wellbeing and pastoral care experience
- Degree, diploma, certificate or relevant qualifications in education, social work community work or working with teenagers

Additional Information
The current industrial instrument is the Independent Schools NSW (Professional and Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
