Role Description

Hills Adventist College is a Pre-School to Year 12 College owned and operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The College aims to provide a quality Christian education to students from all religious and cultural backgrounds. The College operates across two campuses; one located at Castle Hill and the other at Kellyville.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Full Time Campus and Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance, development, and strategic planning of our school’s facilities. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • Maintenance and continuous improvement of College assets, buildings, gardens and grounds
  • Lead and coordinate contractors and the internal maintenance team to ensure efficient operations across campus
  • Lead WHS compliance and reporting, ensuring alignment with legislation and school policies, and regularly updating the leadership team
  • Partner with school leadership to drive strategic property improvements and long-term planning initiatives
  • Supports the capital works and building projects, including council approvals and regulatory requirements

The ideal candidate will ensure the College’s facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, while leading strategic improvements and managing key projects.

Hills Adventist College – both Castle Hill and Kellyville campuses

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position or in general property maintenance
  • Ability to perform work to a high standard, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • Have the capacity to manage the physical expectations of the role
  • Trade qualifications at Certificate III or equivalent
  • WH&S training
