Role Description
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Greater Sydney) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Academic Student Services Coordinator to join our team at Hills Adventist College. This position is full time (part time considered), non-teaching position. Commencing Term 1 2025, with opportunities for ongoing employment, those with school or industry experience both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the contact person for NESA and all other external providers for the academic program
  • Coordinate all academic-related events and processes such as examinations, marks, handbooks and academic calendars
  • Manage the administration side of the implementation of the academic program including things such as preparing subject lists, managing subject selection processes etc
  • Manage and support new students as they start at the college
  • Coordinate in conjunction with the leadership team, student-related events such as presentation day, subject selections, NAPLAN, minimum standard and parent-teacher nights
