We are looking for an energetic Student Engagement Officer to join the team at Scone Grammar School.

About the role:
Support our students from enrolment through to graduation. This role manages key student’s processes, coordinates events, ensures compliance and accurate records, and works closely with families, wellbeing teams, and external agencies to promote student engagement and success.

Your skills and experience:
-Proven experience in school administration, enrolments or student support
-High attention to detail
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to handle sensitive information
-Skilled in Microsoft office, TASS, Schools Online and Schoolbox
-Demonstrated understanding of government compliance requirements in the school context
-Strong organisational and time-management skills
Desirable:
-Event management and coordination
-First Aid and CPR Certificate
Essential:
-Tertiary qualifications in administration or related field
-National Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
-NSW Working with Children Check
-Applicants will be screened for appropriate child protection purposes as we are a Child Safe School.
