Regents Park Christian School is a Christ-centred learning community based on biblical principles. The school is co-educational from Years K to 12. The vision of the school is to support families in educating their children from a Christian perspective.

Regents Park Christian School offers extensive professional learning opportunities for staff within a supportive and collaborative environment. This includes instructional coaching and external PD opportunities specific to each staff member’s needs. We are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of English Teacher to commence Term 3, 2025.

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Quality teaching and learning practices, including planning and implementing well-sequenced programs that engage students and promote learning.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications for the position and NESA teacher accreditation.
  • Ability and experience teaching English across Stages 4, 5 and 6.
  • Willingness to teach, or experience teaching Stage 6 Advanced English and Ext 1 English is preferred.
  • High level communication skills appropriate to establishing and maintaining effective and respectful relationships with students, staff and parents.
  • An understanding of and commitment to student wellbeing and engagement as per the RPCS GROW Framework.
  • Commitment to professional learning.
  • A deep understanding of Christian education.

 

ESSENTIAL: Applicants must be a committed Christian who is able to obtain a reference from their current Protestant church minister.
