Ravenswood School for Girls is a Uniting Church Prep to Year 12 day and boarding school for girls located on Sydney’s North Shore. We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Learning Leader to drive innovation in teaching and learning across our Senior School through technology integration. In this pivotal role, you will champion the integration of digital technologies, lead professional learning, and ensure our Learning Management System (LMS) and school portal are effective, secure, and user-friendly for staff, students, and parents.
This is a permanent, full-time all year round position and will commence at the beginning of Term 1, 2026. The hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday- Friday.
To be successful in securing this position, you have:
- A willingness to support the Guiding Principles of the School.
- Experience in K–12 education environments.
- A willingness and ability to embrace and investigate the potential of new technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of LMS platforms and functionalities.
- Proficiency with Office365, Adobe Creative Suite and a variety of digital learning tools.
- A human-centred customer service philosophy and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training content.
- Creative problem-solving and project management skills.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience working with a variety of people with differing skill levels.
Desirable:
- SchoolBox Learning Management System experience.
- Practical experience using SharePoint online.
- Experience working with educational vendors.
