The Library Technician position is responsible for providing direct customer support to students and teaching staff in the delivery of library services and resources, including information services, readers’ advisory services, reference services, technical support and promotional activities. The Library Technician’s primary role is to support the staff and students of the College in the full utilisation of library services, resources and facilities. They will provide operational support in the delivery of library services and resources, including acquisitions, cataloguing, subscription services, and technical support.
