We have an opportunity for a qualified and experienced risk and compliance specialist to join our team as Risk and Compliance Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of the school’s risk management, compliance processes and work, health & safety.
The role reports directly to the Head of Operations. It is a full-time role, with 6 weeks annual leave, and will commence in January 2025.
The successful applicant will:
- develop, implement and maintain risk management, compliance and WHS frameworks.
- ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, legal requirements and best practices.
- collaborate with stakeholders to enhance strategic and operational outcomes.
- have a thorough understanding of WHS and Australian risk management and compliance standards.
- ideally have experience with risk and compliance related software and systems.
- have qualifications in Risk Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- be a person of Christian faith who will support the ethos and activities of the school
- have a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance
