About the Role: This Full-Time role is central to our financial operations. You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll, receivables, and payables entries, reconciliations, and adjustments. The position requires the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from financial data, and a growth mindset.

About You:

  • Qualifications: Relevant diploma (or higher qualifications) in bookkeeping and/or accounting essential
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy; experience in payroll processing, accounts receivable, and/or accounts payable; ability to reconcile, analyse financial data and draw meaningful conclusions; strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience within a school Finance team preferred
  • Personal Attributes: A willingness to support the Christian Ethos of the School, act with genuine honesty and integrity in all financial dealings, and work collegially within a team.
