We are currently seeking an experienced Agriculture Teacher to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate educator with experience teaching Agricultural Science and managing practical, farm-based learning activities.

Role Responsibilities:
- Teach Agricultural Science from Stage 4 to HSC level, using evidence-based teaching practices.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Agriculture Centre of Excellence (ACE), including: Organising veterinary care and managing livestock requirements.
- Overseeing procurement of feed, equipment, and farm-related supplies.
- Plan and deliver practical farm-based activities, including the coordination of livestock show teams (e.g. cattle, sheep, alpacas).
- Design and implement differentiated teaching and learning programs to cater for a range of student abilities and learning needs.
- Utilise assessment and feedback effectively to support student growth.
- Actively contribute to student wellbeing through a commitment to pastoral care.
- Collaborate with colleagues across faculties to deliver engaging, integrated learning experiences.
- Use ICT tools and platforms to extend and enhance student learning both in and beyond the classroom.
Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Education and relevant subject area(s).
Accreditation with NESA and a current Working with Children Check.
Proven experience teaching Agricultural Science, preferably to HSC level.
Demonstrated capacity to manage agricultural facilities and livestock in an educational setting.
