The Role:
Key Requirements
Degree plus recognised teaching qualifications. For example, Bachelor of Education or equivalent, or an undergraduate degree plus post-graduate qualifications in teaching.
Eligible to be accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
Experience teaching Stage 6 eg Society and Culture, Geography, Ancient or Modern History, Legal Studies (desirable, not essential)
Experience teaching Stage 4 and 5 Geography
Willingness to teach Stage 5 Electives (History, International Studies)
Willingness to teach Stage 4 and 5 History
A Working with Children Check (WWCC).
