About the Role:
Bomaderry Community Preschool is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. You will co-research and play alongside children aged 3–6 years, design engaging and inspiring learning environments and engage in professional learning with the BCPS team.

A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
A genuine passion for working with young children
Teamwork and communication skills
An interest in nature, play-based learning, and inclusion
Good documentation and observation skills
A willingness to support our Christian values
A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
