We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Student Life team and contribute to the vibrant life of our High School community. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head of Student Life, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and providing administrative support for meetings and events, including Orientation Camp and transition to High School.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and student services.
- Communicating with parents and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate student records in school databases and systems.
- Managing financial processes such as donation requisitions and account balancing.
Supporting staff duty organisation and providing general administrative assistance to the High School and Academic Office, including reception coverage when needed. - Collaborating with the Head of High School and Student Life team on tasks aligned with the College’s strategic direction.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
- Familiarity with school administrative systems and student management platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Office 365 (Word, Excel) and database management.
- Initiative and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
