About the role

An opportunity exists to join a fantastic, committed Christian team, in teaching and supporting students within a Christian environment and biblical worldview. We are seeking a committed Christian educator with a heart for leadership and service to be a part of our growing Middle Leadership Team. The Primary Coordinator is responsible for leading the culture and classrooms from Year 3 – Year 6 and is a key leadership position within our school. Working alongside students and families supporting them as they progress through to their Primary years, establishing firm foundations and relationships within our learning community. The position will include both a teaching component as well as a leadership allowance to support you and the role.

This full time role is expected to start Term 1, 2025.

About you

  • You have suitable teaching qualifications and are registered with NESA.
  • You are enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You’re willing to receive feedback on your teaching and implement changes in your pursuit of growth as a teacher.
  • You care deeply for your students and desire to see them grow mentally, physically, socially and spiritually, as they develop the resilience and character needed to succeed beyond school.
  • You have a strong commitment to Christian schooling and are able to teach from a biblical worldview.
  • You have an active Christian faith and regularly attend church.
