Are you passionate about transforming education and inspiring excellence? We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Primary English KLA Coordinator to lead our Primary English KLA department and focus a culture of passion for literacy across K-6.
The role is a permanent teaching position with a two-year leadership contract with potential to be renewed following review.
There is also an opportunity as a Primary Wellbeing Leader (Stage 3) for suitable candidates. This can be discussed at the interview stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be passionate about quality Catholic education.
- Drive Primary English curriculum development and enhance teaching methodologies across K-6.
- Support and mentor teachers to deliver classroom practices with a strong focus on literacy.
- Analyze educational data to inform strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the College’s Learning and Teaching Framework.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience or teaching experience and prepared for a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the Primary English curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
