THE ROLE
We have a unique opportunity for a professional Administrator – Admissions to join our Centre team and support the Director of Early Learning to ensure enquiry, enrolment and orientation processes meet the unique needs of each child and family.
Our Administrator – Admissions will:
- Focus on all new enrolment leads and ensure occupancy targets are met
- Provide effective, inclusive and respectful customer service and efficient, accurate and timely administrative and communications support in our Centre
- Support new children and families during their transition to our Centre and promote a sense of belonging to our welcoming community
IGS Early Learning Centre is a 120 place Centre operational 7.30am to 6pm, 50 week per year.
The Administrator – Admissions will work collaboratively with Centre Leadership, Centre staff, our general Early Learning Administrator and the School Advancement Team.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- previous, successful admissions and administrative experience in an early education and care setting
- well-developed general administration skills and a keen eye for detail
- broad and highly developed technology skills and database management experience particularly in the use of CRM databases, email, Xplor (or similar), MS Office and Google Suite
- the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of staff across departments
- availability to work full time or part time, Monday to Friday.
