About Us: Established in 1981, ISMS provides Montessori education from birth through primary school. Our vision is to offer a comprehensive Montessori education that fosters self-discovery, holistic development, and a lifelong love of learning.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a full-time trained assistant for our Early Childhood community (children aged 26 to 36 months), working from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passion for Montessori education
- Ability to nurture curiosity and growth
- Strong communication skills
- Team-player with a growth mindset
Essential Criteria:
- ACECQA recognised Certificate III in Children’s Services (or actively enrolled)
- Montessori qualifications (advantageous but not necessary)
- Full Australian working rights
- Working with Children Check, Child Protection Certificate, and first-aid/CPR qualifications (support available if needed)
