Cranbrook School is seeking outstanding teachers to join our dynamic Senior School teaching team. Commencing Term 1, 2025, these positions will be based at our Senior School campus in Bellevue Hill.

SELECTION CRITERIA
— NESA accreditation to teach in New South Wales (required)
— A Master’s Degree in Teaching will be highly regarded.
— Sound knowledge and understanding of the NSW Curriculum and current teaching and learning theory and practice
— Experience teaching the IB MYP and DP, and in effective integration of ICT to deliver meaningful pedagogy, are highly desirable
— Capacity to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all learners through varied teaching strategies and pedagogical practices to maximise learning
— Experience with a range of online platforms, including Learning Management Systems, to support learning and provide feedback
— Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and cater to diverse learning needs
— Creative mindset and ability to design interactive and dynamic lessons
— Organisational skills to manage schedules, events and student records
— A level of mobility that supports the ability to respond to a first aid / behavioural incident
— Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
— A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
— A demonstrated understanding of child safety and appropriate behaviours when engaging with children.
