International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Coordinator

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator (C) has the responsibility of ensuring the effective organisation and administration of the IBDP. The IBDPC reports directly to the Principal & Deputy Principal and will work closely with all DP teachers and students to maximise student attainment. The IBDPC is also responsible for overseeing the role of CAS, EE and ToK Coordinators.

Quality assurance of teaching and learning in the IB years, providing pedagogical leadership to the IBDP and promoting the IB ethos is a critical element of the role. The successful candidate will also teach in the IB Diploma Programme in their preferred subject area.

Requirements – Experienced IB Diploma teacher, with at least 5 years’ experience as an IBDP Coordinator.
