This position is a full-time permanent position commencing in Term 1 of the 2026 academic year.
The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the development and implementation of learning support systems across the whole College and learning support plans for students with additional needs in the Senior School.
Applicants may come from a teaching or allied professional background.
Core Requirements:
Applicants for the position of Learning Support Coordinator (Senior School) must demonstrate at a minimum that they:
- are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church
- support the College’s vision of holistic Christian education
- conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with the College ethos and Code of Conduct at all times, modelling Christian maturity to the College community
- have exceptional communication and relational leadership skills
- have knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in schools
- hold a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC).
Details of Employment:
The Learning Support Coordinator (Senior School) should work to:
- develop individual plans to ensure effective support for students with additional needs in the Senior School
- provide information and coaching for the implementation of learning support plans to teachers
- provide effective leadership of systems for documentation, communication, and collaboration to ensure compliance with NCCD requirements across the College
- coordinate the Senior School Teacher’s Aide team to monitor and support student needs
- coordinate with the Learning Support Coordinator (Junior School) and the Learning Support Coordinators within Campbelltown Anglican Schools to ensure smooth transition processes for students progressing into Senior School
