BMGS is seeking a motivated Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator to lead the OSHC program at our Springwood Junior School campus. This permanent part-time position is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. As OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the service, including planning and delivering a high-quality educational program, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an engaging OSHC program that reflects the School’s values and educational standards;
- Plan and deliver a stimulating daily program that provides positive learning experiences for all children;
- Provide individual attention and support to children, fostering their social and emotional development;
- Ensure a safe, healthy, and clean indoor and outdoor environment for children;
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth operation of the service in line with policies and procedures;
- Maintain accurate records of children’s development and plan for ongoing development opportunities;
- Liaise with parents and carers to communicate children’s progress and activities;
- Perform administrative tasks, including managing attendance, OSHC fees, and resources, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
About You
- Previous experience in an educational or childcare setting, ideally within an OSHC or similar program;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and families;
- Current first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certificates;
- A current NSW Working With Children Check;
- Full Australian work rights.
