Blue Gum Community School is a small, not-for-profit Preschool and Primary School in Hornsby NSW. BGOSH at BLUE GUM COMMUNITY SCHOOL!
The school operates its own BGOSH program for approximately 20 students daily, and is seeking an experienced Director. The program operates 3-6pm during school terms & full-time during school holidays. it closes down for 4 weeks between mid December and mid January each year.

This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding educator who is a passionate advocate for students’ rights/needs to enjoy diverse enticing recreational encounters outside school hours.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Expertise in devising creative, adventurous, hands-on experiences that tap into the world of 3-8 year olds. Together with a good understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the My Time, Our Place Framework, and adept at meeting regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work alongside and support other educators in the team as a whole.
- Capacity to program and practice in a way that aligns with the Blue Gum Philosophy.
- Confidence and rapport working with children of various strengths and needs.
