Montessori Class Director – Lower Primary (6-9)
As the 6–9 Class Director, you’ll guide the 6-9 class through the Montessori primary curriculum. Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues, you’ll create a rich, inspiring learning environment that nurtures intellectual curiosity, independence, and respect. Being a qualified Montessori Educator you bring warmth, curiosity, and professionalism to everything you do. You believe in the potential of every child and see teaching as a calling, not just a job.
About the Role
- Planning and implementing a high-quality, fully aligned Montessori / NESA program
- Creating and maintaining an engaging prepared environment
- Building strong relationships with children and families
- Participating in professional collaboration and ongoing reflection within our supportive team
- Actively contributing to the life of our school through parent education and community events
About You
- AMI or equivalent Montessori 6–12 diploma
- Teaching qualifications recognized in Australia (or eligibility to obtain them)
- A commitment to Montessori principles and continuous professional growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
