About the Role
The Human Resource Officer provides operational HR support to ensure effective recruitment, induction, development, retention, and exit processes for all staff.
The Human Resource Officer will also contribute and support the College with industrial relations, work, health and safety, employee relations, professional learning and staff performance management.
The role promotes compliance with employment legislation and College policies, supports staff wellbeing, and contributes to a positive workplace culture aligned with the College’s mission and values.
This role is offered as a part-time or full-time role which can be negotiated at interview phase.

Skills and Attributes
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR related systems.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience in HR administration, preferably in education.
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
