Permanent Full-time | Reports to Director of Technology | Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm onsite

Reporting to the Data Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting staff across the School, and contributing to compliance and operational reporting. You’ll receive structured training and guidance while working collaboratively within the broader IT/AV team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of TASS SIS records (students, parents, enrolments).
  • Prepare and extract data reports for compliance (e.g., census, ACARA, NAPLAN, NCCD).
  • Support day-to-day data processes, including semester reports and templates.
  • Provide frontline support and troubleshooting for staff using TASS.
  • Document processes and create user-friendly guides.
    Assist with database maintenance, performance monitoring, and backups.
  • Support data integration between TASS and other platforms.
    Participate in system testing, upgrades, and data migration projects.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

About You

  • Certificate or diploma in IT, Business Systems, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills essential).
  • Experience with TASS SIS or similar school information systems (highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and basic SQL knowledge (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
    Interest in school systems, data management, and application support.
