We are seeking a full-time School Assistant (Junior School) to join our team in term 1 of 2026.

Core Requirements:
Applicants for the position of School Assistant (Junior School) must demonstrate at a minimum that they:
- Are a committed Christian, who is active in the life of a Reformed Evangelical Church.
- Have the ability to support student’s learning and development and assisting to ensure that the School provides quality Christian education to students
- Have exceptional communication and relational teaching skills
- Have knowledge of relevant compliance requirements in schools
- Holds a valid Working with Children Check in NSW (WWCC)
- Work effectively and collaboratively in a team
Core Responsibilities:
The School Assistant (Junior School) will:
- Support the delivery of planned educational programs in classrooms and small group/individual settings.
- Assist students with additional learning needs, including one-on-one support.
- Promote the development of responsible behaviour and social skills.
- Maintain accurate daily records of student progress and responses to interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and communicate student progress to supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings, professional learning, and playground supervision.
- Provide general assistance to teachers and undertake other duties as directed by the Principal.
