Commencing in the begining of Term 2 an exciting new opportunity is available for a Receptionist to join the Primary School. This position is permanent full time position during the school term only.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist students, parents, staff, and visitors at reception.
  • Manage PA announcements and student late passes.
  • Coordinate bus passes, enquiries, and support transport logistics.
  • Maintain lost property, reception displays, and school hats/Kippot sales.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and special school events.
  • Maintain the appearance and organisation of key school areas, including the staff common room.
  • Support internal communication and parent engagement with certificates, invitations, and calendar tracking.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Experience in a school setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm and approachable under pressure.
  • A team player with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
